I handle their requests, inquiries, and needs, from booking reservations and arranging transportation, to recommending local attractions and events. I have a passion for hospitality and tourism, and a deep knowledge of the local culture and history. I have been working as a concierge for over four months, after joining Highgate at Romer Waikiki at the Ambassador. Before that, I spent 13 years in the grocery industry, as a clerk and front end manager at Safeway, where I gained multiple skills in customer service, store management, and cash handling. I am proficient in managing, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere. I am adaptable, flexible, and resourceful, able to handle various situations and challenges in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
