About Beau Justiz

I have over 10 years of experience within the hospitality sector. Currently, I am the Store Operations Manager at an Insomnia Cookies location in Washington state. I'm dedicated to enhancing experiences and helping make each day a bit easier for the guests we serve. Through effective communication I help develop my teams to thrive through teamwork and lead them to become the best they can be. Previously, I worked with Jet City Retail as the Assistant Manager of a couple different locations. While in their Lake City location, I was able to lead the team to raise our customer service rating by 5% and helped maintain guest loyalty through building lasting relationships with regulars and members of the community. This is still my favorite location to date! If you ever catch me outside of work, you will most likely notice that I am spending time with my dog and partner on a hike. We moved out here from Miami, Fl partially for the gorgeous weather and beautiful hikes. People say that Seattle is all gloom or rainy skies, but that just shows that they're not here all the time.
