Beau Vernon is very passionate about improving the lives of others, through his motivational speaking, workshops, coaching, and disability work. In 2012 Beau became a quadriplegic as a result of an on field AFL football accident. At 23 years of age his life was flipped upside down. Things happen for a reason and Beau sees opportunity and optimism through his situation. Not one to sit still has reached thousands of people with his presentations and workshops, he has coached senior grade football for 5 years, making 5 Grand finals, and winning 3 Premierships, and has developed a huge passion for organisational culture.
