About Bebe Pearson

As a kid growing up in a rural town in Northern California, I had to use my imagination and creativity daily. I instinctively tried to set up lip-sync concerts for the neighborhood to come and watch. It was the beginning of discovering my skillset of working in chaotic work environments and thrive. I was able to apply my creativity to find solutions quickly in various office settings whether it be in entertainment or the public sector, these careers have allowed me to utilize this skill in different ways. I am able to communicate with people of all different walks of life and they all require someone to keep their head in the game when things go off the beaten path. My happy place is navigating and problem solving during any office setting and live events such as a conference, awards banquets, etc. as well as maintaining budgets on site and delivering a successful outcome every time.
