About Beburg Balouch

With a Bachelor of Communication Design from KITE and over nine years of industry experience, I am a Creative Art Director and Digital Media Marketer who can effectively manage various aspects of digital marketing, including UI/UX design, social media, collateral development, and PPC advertising. At AlCabana, I lead a team of designers and developers to deliver high-quality projects that meet and exceed clients' expectations. I have successfully managed the company's online reputation by implementing effective social media campaigns and content development, resulting in a 234% increase in conversions within the first six months. I have also designed a complete UI/UX for both the website and app, enhancing the user experience and satisfaction. Additionally, I have executed paid marketing campaigns through Meta Ads Manager, conducting daily analytics checks to make necessary changes and optimize campaign performance. I am passionate about creating compelling and engaging visual stories that connect with the audience and convey the brand message. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new trends in the digital marketing field. My goal is to leverage my expertise in digital marketing to help AlCabana achieve its vision and mission.
