About Bec Hart

As a Senior Property Manager 9 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of managing diverse property portfolios across South Australia and Victoria. My expertise spans residential property management, where I focus on delivering exceptional service, optimizing operational efficiency, and maximizing returns for property owners. In addition to my hands-on management experience, I have played a key role in developing and implementing policies and procedures for my teams, ensuring consistency and compliance across the board. I have also introduced new programs and platforms to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and improve the overall client experience. My commitment to continuous improvement extends to onboarding and training new staff, where I support them to reach their full potential. Prior to my career in property management, I worked as a Conveyancing Clerk, gaining a solid foundation in the legal aspects of property transactions. This background has enhanced my ability to navigate complex issues and provide well-rounded solutions for clients and tenants alike. As I look ahead, I am excited to explore opportunities where I can leverage my transferable skills—particularly in operations management, process improvement, and team leadership—into new sectors and challenges. I’m always open to connecting with like-minded professionals and exploring future roles where I can make a meaningful impact.
