I believe this happens when we align what we deeply care about with what we do, and we develop confidence in our ability to learn and create the outcomes that are important to us. Throughout my career, my focus has been on helping people and their teams thrive. My definition of thrive looks like this: Thrive = Care + Capability + Capacity. Care speaks to meaning and purpose, what we believe is important. Capability includes what we know and do, and how we learn. Capacity is about how we use and renew our time, intellect and energy. When care, capability and capacity are aligned, we thrive. And when we thrive, it's good for our organizations, our families and our communities.
