Ever a change-maker, I thrive in start-up environments within industries I am passionate about. I am a Commercial Real Estate Developer with 25+ years of strategic, operational and business development experience at leading global, national and regional companies. My diverse industry background in the areas of retail, entertainment, healthcare and clean energy allows me to bring a unique perspective to my work and shared insight. Wearing many hats has been a common thread throughout my career and I'm driven to always leave things better than I found it. Having never met a stranger, my clients and co-workers praise me for my genuine passion, natural curiosity, ability to cultivate trust, develop lasting relationships and my drive to exceed expectations. I've had the honor and privilege for working with companies that are true leaders and innovators in their industry including the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games, NIKE, Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and HUTTON. My experience has taught me that my professional value boils down to the following: • I love making the impossible possible. Big scary projects with tight timelines don't scare me. • I don't care who gets the credit-I just want to make things better for my team and my customers. • I am transparent and don't play politics- I enjoy working with a team of passionate professionals who have one another's back. • Without trust we don’t truly collaborate, we merely coordinate. I love talking shop, unearthing opportunity and brainstorming about what is possible. I would love to connect with fellow change-makers, creatives and collaborators to learn what you are working on and perhaps find ways we might be able to learn from each other or work together. I also love chatting about traveling, running, the challenges and opportunities that face women in the commercial real estate industry, mentoring the next generation of leaders and tips or tricks on how best to keep all the balls in the air (or at least most of them).
