About Becca Smitherman

My name is Becca and digital media production is my passion. I am nearing a decade of doing what I love and still get excited with a camera in my hand. The feeling of nailing a shot fills me with adrenaline and I am ecstatic anytime I preserve a moment in time. In my work as a content creator, I look for hidden truths and different points of view in every story I take on. I have discovered my love for journalism and video production in many different ways, and I intend to work in sports broadcast after college. My guiding principles: Life conquers through art. Artists enrich the world with their beauty, truth, and purpose. You don't have anything to give worth anyone's attention if you don’t proceed with those three pillars as a foundation. Be proactive in your communication. Although we may live in an era of knowledge, communication is breaking down more and more. We can't afford to support this plague on culture. By always maintaining an open and honest line of communication with one another, we can all operate a little bit more effectively. Build a fearless atmosphere. My role is to provide audacious new concepts that aid in the expansion of employer's enterprises or in capturing a client's personal moments. In doing so, never once will I hesitate or be afraid to dream on my other people's behalf.
