Background
About Becca Soifer
I’m currently a Springboard Fellow at Metro Chicago Hillel, where I have the privilege of building meaningful relationships and vibrant Jewish communities on campus. Whether I’m planning events, supporting students, teaching, or collaborating with student leaders to bring their ideas to life, my work blends creativity, empathy, and strategy. I wear many hats in this role: social media manager, event planner, recruiter, mentor, and teacher. I’m passionate about making spaces feel mindful, vibrant, and inclusive, and I thrive when I get to combine heart and creativity to make an impact. Outside of work, I’m a creative at heart with a love for performance art, crafting, and community. I bring that same energy and curiosity to everything I do, and I’m always looking to learn, connect, and contribute in new ways. I'm open to new opportunities, meaningful work, and conversations that spark curiosity and connection.
