With over 20 years of experience in accounting and more than 10 years as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, I have refined my skills as an accountant, specializing in the aviation industry. As a business owner and nonprofit founder, I've embraced the challenges of entrepreneurship with a passion for helping small businesses grow not only in sustainability but also financially. More importantly than my professional career, I am a devoted mother of two and supportive wife hailing from the Sunshine State where I embody the spirit of a lifelong Floridian, bringing passion, determination and dedication everywhere I go- RULES TO LIVE BY: Finding your purpose is life-changing, showing up matters, being on time takes zero talent, mindset is everything, limitations are self inflicted, if service is below you, leadership is beyond you, hard work beats talent, remember why you started, set new goals often, love is a choice-always choose love, giving anonymously is indescribable, chivalry is attractive, ego is the anesthesia that deadens the pain of stupidity, speak your mind, learn from criticism, choose courage over comfort, live with integrity, know your worth, never dumb yourself down for the comfort of others, manners make the woman, give credit-take blame, learn to control your emotions, save more money than you spend, give more than you take, empathy and compassion are not the same-know the difference, travel as much as you can, work so hard that you no longer have to introduce yourself, strive to be caught in the act of excellence, never settle for less than best, and last but certainly not least, treat the janitor with the same respect as the CEO.
