About Bechoy Ghaly

I am 28 years of age; starting out my educational journey in pursuit of aiding individuals through physical therapy; I quickly realized through that avenue, that establishing a deep connection with individuals is something that provides purpose for me. For that reason, I withdrew from physical therapy school in May of 2020 to pursue my interest in the mental health field; I am currently attending Kean University on a night-time basis in pursuit of a masters degree in clinical mental health counseling.As far as my work experience, I have always been under the umbrella of human services starting out in a physical therapy setting, and now transitioning into a different branch currently working in a long-term care facility serving the geriatric population. Working with this population has allowed me to witness the potential and abundance of life they possess, and being able to aid in optimizing that for them, has been an absolute pleasure and something I look forward to doing everyday.
