Thanks for visiting my LinkedIn profile. I currently work as a full-time payroll admin, but behind the scenes completed my Masters in Psychology, and am pursuing a PhD, which is really exciting. I also volunteered as a staff writer for Unicorn Zine, making think pieces on queer arts and culture. Before pursuing academic life, I was in the high-octane events management world for 5 years, coordinating VIP receptions, grand unveilings, art exhibitions and conferences. I also have a creative side, having been stage manager for an award-winning Theatre in Education production and performed numerous solo gigs while I studied a degree in Drama. A boffin through and through, in high school I was a member of the National Academy for the Gifted and Talented Youth, achieved 6 A*s at GCSE level and took part in Maths Challenges. Fun facts: I'm a member of a Dungeons & Dragons group, live on a farm, and once performed in front of the Queen.
