I’m a social worker and trauma-informed therapist passionate about helping individuals heal from interpersonal violence, complex trauma, and emotional overwhelm. With specialized training in CBT, DBT, IFS, and somatic-based practices, I work to bridge the gap between traditional talk therapy and holistic care - offering compassionate, evidence-based support that honors both the mind and body. Currently, I work at a trauma consulting and therapy practice in New Jersey while also leading client acquisition and success strategy for empowOR by CSST - a human services data platform that empowers agencies to better serve families and communities. My career has spanned nonprofit leadership, SaaS client engagement, and global business development. My key specialties include- Trauma-informed therapy for survivors of abuse, violence, and relational trauma - Yoga and mindfulness integration for nervous system regulation - Program development, impact strategy, and macro-level advocacy - Cross-functional collaboration with product and marketing teams I hold an MSW from Rutgers University with a certificate in Interpersonal Violence & Trauma, and I am a Registered Yoga Teacher and certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Whether I’m supporting individual clients or helping agencies strengthen their systems and operations, I bring curiosity, empathy, and a deep belief in people’s ability to heal and thrive.
