Becka Johnson Kibby brings more than 30 years of experience in fine jewelry retail management, training, and sales. Her career began while earning her Bachelor of Science in Retail Merchandising and Management and has since spanned leadership roles with Robbins Brothers The Engagement Ring Store, Borsheims, Helzberg Diamonds, and Jay B. Rudolph.A Graduate Gemologist (GIA), Becka has also served as an instructor at the Gemological Institute of America and was a longtime member of GIA’s Program Advisory Committee. She further contributed to the industry through her service on the International Board of Directors for the Women’s Jewelry Association, where she received the 2015 Award for Excellence.As an independent jewelry educator and consultant, Becka specializes in customized training for jewelry retailers, focusing on leadership development, retail management, sales growth, retirement planning, team performance, inventory optimization, recruiting, communication, and product expertise. She is a sought-after speaker and continues to present seminars at major industry events, buying groups, trade shows, and professional organizations throughout the U.S. and internationally.Becka holds Certified Professional (CP) credentials from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is passionate about helping jewelry store owners, managers, and sales professionals strengthen their leadership and selling skills to drive sustainable growth and increased profitability.
