About Becki Farley

Being in control is what makes me tick! I lead with passion and take ownership on the daily. I want to succeed and I want you to as well. Having that mindset has helped me to be successful in my 25ish years in IT. My current role as Senior Systems Analyst Advisor with Elevance Health is fun and rewarding on the daily. I look forward to jumping in and seeing what the day will bring. You can bet that no matter what challenges come up I will not shy away from them and see how we can conquer them together. I’m an advocate for my business partners and for everyone I interact with. Can’t, won’t, etc. are not words in my vocabulary and I thrive on helping others to not have them in theirs. I speak just enough tech speak to help bridge the gap between my business partners and IT. I’m willing to learn and I love helping others to learn and grow as well. Outside of work I’m kind of a cardio junky and took up running at age 53. My joy is found through work, faith, fellowship, family, and fitness.
