As an Instructional Writer and Designer at Prospect Training Services and its sister company, Prospect Digital, I create engaging and effective storyboards for eLearning courses on various topics. I work closely with clients such as the Football Association of Wales, Homicide Timeline, Soccer Profile, the Irish Football Association and Gloucestershire County Council to understand their needs and expectations and deliver high-quality content that meets their learning objectives and outcomes.I also leverage my creative writing and journalism skills to produce social media and marketing tools for the company, such as case studies, posters and newsletters. I have a strong background in English Literature, Psychology and Music, having completed my MA in Applied Psychology with Music at the University of Leeds, and my BA in Psychology with Music at Canterbury Christ Church University. I am passionate about researching, writing, and learning new things, and I enjoy combining my interests and expertise to create innovative and impactful eLearning solutions for diverse audiences.
