I'm an adaptable and practical leader, doer and adviser, passionate about working with people and organisations who want to transform financial systems, make a positive social and environmental change and build a fairer world. I work both within organisations and on collaborative projects, helping to find the best ways to solve problems and bring good ideas into reality. I specialise in making useful connections, building networks and capable, thriving teams, as well as putting in place the 'scaffolding and plumbing'(aka enabling systems, structures, processes) that work for the organisation to deliver their vision and strategy, that are integral to the culture and character it hopes to demonstrate. I’ve 20+ years' worth of experience working in people, operations, governance and compliance roles in social finance and the social sector, from start-ups through to established organisations and consultancies.I have also been a committed Chair and trustee for several charities, and previously a member of the investment committee for a philanthropic organisation.
