National Wellbeing Lead for Twinkl. Facilitator and Consultant with a focus on CYP mental health, wellbeing and safeguarding. Trained Relational Dynamics Coach and NLP practitioner. I have over 20 years of experience in teaching, at Assistant Head level and ultimately as a Special Educational Needs Coordinator while in a mainstream setting. On leaving mainstream education I worked in the London Borough of Newham developing a Whole School Approach to mental health and wellbeing in over 40 primary and secondary schools offering consultation and bespoke training. I worked with the Newham CAMHs team to create the Multi Agency Collective who offered support to young people on the waiting list for mental health support, working with a range of organisations offering sports, dance, drama and many other activities which support wellbeing. I am now a freelance coach, consultant and facilitator working with young people and the staff who support them to ensure that mental health and wellbeing is central to their work.
