About Becky Foresta

Very few things make me as passionate as Architecture. I often say I was born into this field. My father has owned his own firm for 30 years. I grew up with his business. When I was presented with an opportunity to change paths in the industry and work for a larger firm, I jumped at the chance. I have found great personal success because of the move. In my current role, I am a project manager for over 25 projects at a time. It is a fast pace demanding job and I love everything about it. I manage the remodel projects for our Sacramento office for a fortune 10 retail company. Each project we get has its own inherent challenges. My dedicated team and I have helped to develop processes for our client and company to master efficiency and objectives of each project. The nature of my job has forced me to become an expert in accessibility as it relates to retail projects, including exterior upgrades. Seeing and understanding the direction that the industry is currently taking with respects to accessibility, we saw this as a way to develop competitive advantages within our clients Architectural vendors. Within developing these processes, I have connected with some of the states best experts in this individual aspect of the industry to build our processes and understand our companies liability. My current focus is to continue to learn and develop skills to understand the business of Architecture.
