About Becky Hicks

A talent acquisition expert with a proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and securing top-tier talent across diverse industries. I excel at managing full-cycle recruitment, ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring managers and candidates. Beyond recruitment, I'm passionate about building high-performing teams through effective leadership, mentorship, and the cultivation of collaborative work environments. My background in operations and business, coupled with strong skills in sales, marketing, and event management, provides a well-rounded perspective to drive organisational success. I use my personal time to enjoy everything the Cotswolds has to offer from long walks with my many dogs to photographing the picturesque landscapes alongside growing some vegetables and various crafts including crochet and painting. For over six decades, Randstad has been at the forefront of HR and recruitment, partnering with some of the world's most prominent businesses. I'm honoured to be part of this journey, especially as Randstad has held the distinction of being the world's largest HR services organisation since 2018.
