I am inspired most when working in cross-functional roles where my perseverance, drive and tenacity enable me to contribute to organisational success. I have a strong sense of commitment and responsibility and have always demanded excellence of myself both academically and professionally. Even under intense pressure, I can think logically and make critical decisions. The type of role that excites me the most is when where I can take full ownership of the project lifecycle from concept right through to completion. Working in a supportive team environment where there is ample scope for growth and development and where sharing knowledge and experience is encouraged. I also have a passion for social mobility and raising awareness and supporting the next generation in their careers.
