About Becky Kaus

I am a dedicated, motivated, self-directed professional. I have experience in many aspects of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) operations. I have strong problem solving skills and am able to manage multiple priorities at once. I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I work well in a team or individually. I have worked in the PBM industry for the past 24 years. My main roles during this time focused on client retention, client needs, and operational excellence. I have provided clinical operational expertise on numerous projects. I am a proven leader and effective manager. I am able to work across departments and effectively manage projects with interdepartmental dependencies. I have strong attention to detail and believe in helping others excel to get to the next level. I participated in WOMEN Unlimited, a year long leadership journey. I graduated from this program in 2012. I also recently completed a year long Clinical Leadership Development Program in September 2022. I was part of the initial cohort and will help shape the program in an ongoing manner by volunteering to mentor the next cohort. As part of the program, I worked with clinicians across many of Cigna’s business units. Among other things, this program helped me increase my network and hone my presentation skills. I have excellent communication skills and am able to express company directives and goals to both clinical and non-clinical team members.
