About Becky Leach

I spent many years in a patient facing clinical care setting, where I truly loved taking care of people. I gained a ton of medical experience and learned how to communicate with people from all over the world. After many months of internal back and forth, I decided on not only changing my career path, but my location as well. My next stop in my journey landed me in Panama City Beach, Florida where I began learning sales. As a community marketing agent, I was able to take my communication skills from my health care experience and use it to my advantage in engaging and closing prospective buyers. My first week, I set a record for most tour sign ups by a new hire. I then took both my people skills and newly acquired sales skills to a luxury property management company. Specializing in short term vacation rentals along the beautiful 30A coast. My job is to help people from all over find their perfect beach front getaway, and ensure they are taken care of from the moment they inquire with us, to the moment they depart and return home. I started off in an office role, but after deciding to move to Tampa, Florida, the management team agreed to let me continue working for them remotely. This was the first time an agent was allowed to go fully remote, which I pride in my relationship and trust I built with my managers.
