My job is HR. I work for the Church of England in the Diocese of Worcester; I love my job! Our small team works across a number of areas; at the moment our key areas of focus are:*Connecting with people who might be interested to join our teams here at the Diocese. I have worked in recruitment and HR, in both freelance headhunting and HR consultancy and in HR and in-house recruitment roles. Before my role here at the Diocese, I worked for companies that specialised in delivering business intelligence and competitive advantage to executives in the business of sport and gaming as well as professional development for schools and educational institutions. I have recruited at all levels across charity, media, digital publishers and specialist B2B data product and analysis providers; I love putting my recruitment hat on alongside my HR one. Things I enjoy at work: learning and celebrating the process, even when that doesn't always work out. Systems and processes that support people well, matching talented people to jobs, finding ways to create workplace culture that supports people to feel good about themselves.
