Hi, I’m Becky Murphy, a marketing and sales professional who has always been passionate about how businesses can scale and take an entrepreneurial approach to growth. People, Priorities, Processes and Technology are all key. I’ve worked with many industries with SMB’s through to corporates. A former business mentor with the Princes Trust (now Kings Trust) and the youngest board panellist in the North West responsible for offering funding to entrepreneurs, which came with an invite to the 40th-anniversary garden party at Buckingham Palace. Former amateur rower and all-round fitness enthusiast. I am passionate about people, whether that is building a culture in BabelQuest or helping others build their business around a culture that puts their people first. The same goes with software. Design it for the people that are using it, help them be more efficient, successful, thrive, innovative. Build something that will be adopted, because it helps them. I help businesses with: STRATEGIC CONSULTING. Culture, process design, buyer personas, marketing, service and sales alignment ALIGNMENT. Professional facilitator helping the c-suite and their teams to work better together, aligned around a common objective to achieve growth and innovate. PUBLIC SPEAKER. On culture, alignment, changes in the buyer journey, drivers of change and disruption across marketing, sales and customer service. I have worked within the HubSpot ecosystem for over 10 years, and over the years, I have spoken multiple times at Partner Day, spoken on numerous HubSpot webinars, podcasts, and events, and I’ve been in the Partner Advisory Council since 2017, been a HubSpot Solutions Partner since 2014. With the team at BabelQuest we help businesses grow better through solution design, architecture, integration, migration, platform and strategic consulting. I launched the UK’s 3rd HubSpot User Group (HUG) in Oxford back in 2015, and brought 8 partners together to run a UK HUG in 2016. Today we run a global HUG on Adoption. Personally, I live near Oxford with my husband and son, with 3 step-children who have flown the nest. I am scared of dogs, which doesn’t bode well when training for ultra 100+ km walk/runs and get paralysed with fear when big dogs run towards me. I’ve walked around the Isle of Wight in 24 hours and swam to the Isle of Wight on another occasion. I have no obsession with the Isle of Wight, but have enjoyed raising money for Motor Nerone Disease and Teenage Cancer Trust.
