About Becky Palm

Becky Palm is Vice President, Executive Director and General Counsel of the North America affiliate of OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to EssilorLuxottica’s mission of helping everyone to see more and be more. In this role, Becky leads the North America affiliate in pursuit of the foundation’s mission to eliminate uncorrected poor vision in a generation. Becky’s focus is on identifying, developing and executing strategies that will help address the gap between the need for - and access to - vision care for underprivileged people in North America. She directs the foundation's efforts to raise awareness of the cause of vision in support of eliminating poor vision and its lifelong consequences. Becky is a non-profit executive with a deep connection to charitable service, particularly children’s causes. She brings a long history of philanthropic experience to her role leading OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation NA.
