Through 25+ years of hands-on business experience, I have been fortunate to continue to feed my passion for organization, details, and helping others excel through process and systems improvement. Analytical and results-oriented, I have an excellent track record of working across functions, bringing departments to team-centered thinking, and managing projects and programs that drive success while helping people navigate our continuously changing business world.Working for BTS-IT, Inc./Payroll and Insurance Group, Inc, since 2012, I lead the team responsible for implementation, training, and support of our proprietary ERP system, BTS. This includes full Project Management of ERP implementations, including Business Process Review, GAP Analysis, requirements gathering, writing scope/specification documents including UI mockups for new screens and features, managing data conversion and implementation-specific software development, user training and onsite Go-Live support. Additional duties include maintaining/creating user guides/release notes, managing development of service pack releases, and help desk support of ERP system, including database query and update as required. I have successfully managed 5 ERP implementations across 3 continents in the past 10 years, and have been an integral part of 8 other implementations. From one site to 12 sites, and every size in between, I have learned to manage the process and enjoy doing it.Previous experience in the concrete construction and accessories industry included leading the Customer Service team and managing enhancements of both ERP systems (FACTS, Avante) that pertained to Customer Service, as well as managing special projects that included the launch of a customer web portal and migration to the Shoretel IP phone system. During my career, I developed and managed a formal Certification Program for the Customer Service team that included product, process and systems training, with incentives and annual recertification.
