Becky Popoff serves as a Director for B. Riley Securities within its Capital Markets Advisory Group where she leads the firm’s OTC Advisory Practice. Popoff works with domestic and international companies to establish their quotation to trade on U.S. based trading platforms and exchanges. As a 15-year veteran of the financial services industry, she is uniquely qualified to provide clients with the most beneficial and efficient execution to obtain exposure to the U.S. capital markets. Leveraging her deep OTC markets and micro-cap experience, she has worked with over 200 companies to establish successful trading. Popoff is a frequent participant and moderator at the SNN Network Conferences to educate companies on the cross-trade and direct listing process, and benefits of working with B. Riley Securities to obtain U.S. exposure during their growth period. Popoff has established a reputation as the go-to advisor for micro- and small-cap companies seeking exposure to U.S. capital markets. Popoff also works closely with the Healthcare Investment Banking team to ensure successful corporate events year-round. Prior to B. Riley Securities, Popoff established the OTC Advisory Practice at Merriman Capital as well as oversaw human resources and firm operations. Popoff holds a B.A. from the University of Arizona and is based in Orange County, CA.
