Mulberry Recruitment is an independent recruitment business formed in 2005. Our Management Team and staff have over 100 years combined experience within the recruitment arena. The business was created by the Managing Director Ann Luke MREC.The Mulberry management team have worked together since the company’s inception and have built a successful business with an impressive client and candidate database principally from recommendation.The ethos behind the Mulberry brand was to create a boutique style offering encompassing a large company service with the added personal approach normally demonstrated by the smaller suppliers. Our mission is to ‘Deliver unequalled service to candidates and clients every time’ When originally formed initial research reflected that candidates can feel intimidated by a registration with a recruitment agency. With that in mind we have provided an informal friendly approach within the office with sofas and television, internet access and available refreshments and this approach has been consistently praised by visitors to our offices. Our secret is in our commitment and dedication to delivering on our promises.
