About Becky Wright

Two of my favourite words are “challenge” and “change.” These are the concepts that drive me as a person and fuel my passion for Project Management. For more than a decade, I’ve been helping organizations identify challenges, navigate change, and turn their plans into reality. I’ve worked with talented teams on a range of complex projects – from nuclear to construction to federal elections. My career in Project Management took root when I started working for Atomic Energy of Canada Ltd./Canadian Nuclear Laboratories in 2002 and flourished over the next 15 years of progressive responsibility in Project Management, Training and Process Improvement. At the same time, I earned my Project Management Professional (PMP), Scheduling Professional (SP) and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certifications. I also completed courses in Earned Value Management (COBRA), Change Management (Prosci), Project Management (Primavera P6), and Train the Trainer (CAPM/PMP), among others. Embracing challenge and change, I decided to pursue my dream of running my own business and launched Milestone Scheduling and Consulting in 2016. I resigned from my full-time job in early 2017 to focus on my business full-time, and I’m pleased to count AECL/CNL among my valued clients. My goal has always been to build a successful career in the Ottawa Valley, where I was born and raised. The honesty, integrity and work ethic of this community reflect my personal values. It’s also one of the most beautiful places on earth (especially on a warm summer evening on the Ottawa River with my family and friends).
