In 2016, fresh off completing my master’s degree in international business, I embarked on my professional path in an unlikely setting—a chicken factory. This role, while not related to consulting, was my first foray into large-scale problem solving, evaluating the global supply chain, and initiating a series of internal improvements. It was here that I laid the foundation for what I would later recognize as continuous improvement. My enthusiasm for solving complex problems led me to discover a consulting firm dedicated to hands-on operational improvement. This revelation marked the beginning of my career in international operational management consulting. In this role, I have honed my professional agility by leading teams to execute business strategies that align operational and financial objectives. We work closely with all levels of an organization, from front-line managers to C-suite executives, ensuring the smooth implementation of tailored solutions. The essence of excellence in this field lies in a blend of a curiosity-driven approach to process issues and the application of a proven methodology. This combination has not only propelled me into consulting but has also been the key to my sustained passion for it.
