PROCESS OPTIMIZATION: Delivered $100M in operating cost savings for Wells Fargo by proactively making process changes to improve production efficiencies while transitioning to a risk-based review system to heighten decision-making accuracy. RISK MANAGEMENT: Implemented Attorneys General and other Loss Mitigation strategies and programs to order to reduce loss resulting from delinquent loans by millions of dollars for Bank of America.
