About Beenish Wajih

With over 18 years of experience in IT and Telco domains, I am currently leading the Network Operation Center (NOC) at Jazz Pakistan, the largest mobile network operator in the country. My role involves managing a team of 85 members and overseeing the monitoring and operation of more than network elements, 2,500 servers, storages, and databases, IP devices, and Jazzcash and Garaj cloud services. As a strategic expert and a digital enablement specialist, I have successfully modernized the NOC towards intelligent and digital operations powered by AI, RPA, and agile process management. I have also empowered the first in the region operator to manage an integrated service operation center that enhances customer experience and network performance. Additionally, I have contributed to the innovation and adoption of cost-effective and robust solutions for network opex/capex efficiencies, problem management, and front call resolution. As a leader, I believe in shared success and aligning my team with the values of Jazz.
