Leading and managing the QEHS team including engineers, specialists and technicians, mentoring, coaching and directing them to ensure all QEHS objectives, plans and responsibilities are on track and going smoothly to achieve the business goals and objectives. Continuous collaboration with senior leadership, engineering departments, operation teams to develop the quality plan and objective, set and map out the plan with emphasize on main planned targets.
