This required extensive consultation with bargaining units, accredited classification advisors, management, compensation partners and the operational Labour Relations team. The division is now able to streamline the resolution processes and manage expectations of the various stakeholders. · Reduced the almost phoenix pay grievances by 24% in 1 year in collaboration with other Labour Relations Advisors, bargaining units, and compensation analysts. These efforts reduced any further stress faced by grievors and improved our performance reporting to TBS. · Collective bargaining at the PA table as the Labour Relations representative. My responsibilities include compiling the department’s position related to the PA collective agreement, scrutinizing the bargining unit’s demands, consulting senior management and synthesizing feedback for TBS’s use, and analyzing proposals shared by either party. My contributions assist TBS strategize and adjust employer demands. · Assist Senior Labour Relations Advisors conduct gap analysis, create project management frameworks and develop communication strategies for unit priorities. These high impact files include ESDC disciplinary grid modernization, recourse reduction initiative, and leave without pay related to the vaccination policy. My support reduces anxiety faced by team members and creates a sense of pride.
