Bejan is co-founder and owner of Saguaro Recovery, a transitional living program for people in recovery based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Bejan Fanibanda is also an attorney from the San Francisco Bay Area with experience across a broad range of corporate litigation and business counseling matters. Bejan’s experience includes handling all aspects of litigation in a wide variety of federal and state matters, including a wide variety of commercial disputes, domestic and foreign governmental investigations, white collar crime prosecutions, healthcare litigation, insurance disputes, trademark and trade dress disputes, domain name disputes, shareholder law suits, mergers and acquisitions litigation, real estate litigation, trust and estate litigation, and bankruptcy matters. Bejans’ experience also includes advising public and private companies on a variety of compliance and contractual matters, including drafting and advising on contracts with suppliers, third party administrators, and other service providers, best practices for risk management and financial reporting, SOX, Dodd-Frank compliance, and other SEC enforcement concerns, DOJ investigations, and organizational and reporting structures for the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel.
