About Beka Gvaramia

As an Assistant Manager at Addways Logistics, I apply my communication and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth and efficient operations, customer satisfaction, and team collaboration. I joined Addways in January 2024, after completing a successful journey of being a lead Project Manager at Tiflisi International Forum 2023 of the European Youth Parliament Georgia, where I led the planning, execution, and evaluation of a large-scale event that welcomed up to 150 participants from all over Europe. I am passionate about European politics, youth activism, international relations, and civic education, which motivated me to pursue a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Development at LCC International University. I also had the opportunity to study Business Administration and Management at Universidad de A Coruna as an Erasmus+ exchange student in 2022. In addition, I have been actively volunteering in the European Youth Parliament since 2018, gaining essential skills in project management, project writing, networking, and fundraising. I was also a Team Leader for PR & External Relations for Kortrijk 2022 - 97th International Session of the European Youth Parliament, where I crafted the whole brand identity and external relations strategy for the event that gathered up to 300 Europeans.
