I deliver process improvements by developing and innovating project management tools for all project types and sizes. I drive innovation as a catalyst for highly efficient ideation, collaboration, and concept iteration. I have a natural eye for talent and build top-performing teams by inspiring a sense of ownership in each member. I am proud to have been recognized with awards such as Top Woman in Convenience for Mentoring and Foodservice Innovator of the Year for Best Use of Technology in Foodservice from CSNews; as well as to be selected for and successfully complete Circle K’s prestigious Global Leadership Forum development program. I have successfully delivered projects of all sizes from a small remodel, to a $500M program rollout. I have developed innovations that saved $4M+ annually in energy savings.
