I am a General Manager at TAB Burger, a restaurant concept that I launched and managed since December 2016. With a bachelor's degree in accounting and more than six years of experience in the food and beverage industry, I have developed strong skills in operations management, financial data analysis, business development, and team building.My most recent project coordinating POS machine installations and training for the FIFA World Cup 2022, I also have experience as an Operations Manager for three restaurants, where I oversaw the daily operation, maintenance, purchasing, staff restructuring, supplier relations, and franchise management. as well as managing festival and event participations for TAB Burger. My goal is to leverage my expertise in operations to create value and growth for the organization I work with. I am hard working, eager to learn, and passionate about food and cooking.
