Bright, talented and self-motivated professional, With a background in Finance, IT and Project Cycle Management, having acted as an Business Consultant and Customer Advisor in banks (Procredit, Ecobank and UBA in Maputo), in an insurance company (Indico Seguros in Quelimane) and recently I I finished my appointment as Cash & Voucher Coordinator at Cesvi/Alliance2015 supporting people affected by Cyclone IDAI in Nhamatanda (Sofala) in Wash interventions and food assistance via e-voucher. Now I'm acting as National e-voucher Consultant at UN FAO, supporting the field implementation of an CBT intervention in 10 districts of Zambézia and Nampula. I have excellent organizational skills, good eye for detail and am highly efficient. I have also skills in some M&E tasks such as creating forms in ODK/Kobo Toolbox, conducting surveys, cleaning raw data, data analysis and producing reports. I recently joined the UN FAO team as a National e-Voucher Consultant, supporting the program team, at the field level, in the implementation of an agricultural project, to be implemented in 10 districts of Nampula and Zambezia, funded by the EU, aiming at subsidizing small farmers for purchasing agricultural inputs and services through the e-Voucher mechanism, for 5 years. I can play a key role in analysing problems and come up with creative solutions, as well as supporting programme team. I have knowledge to design, implement and monitor a cash transfer program. I also have project management and budgeting skills and some M&E tasks. I have vast experience working with diverse and multicultural teams, and I can coordinate team works. I am a quick learner who can absorb new ideas and can communicate clearly and effectively and now I am always looking for a suitable position with a reputable organisation with a mission that I can identify myself with and which allows me put in benefit of the organisation my experience and skills or consolidate my learning and experience in the organisation aiming develop my career.
