I am a Marketing/administrative assistant and a master's student in Marketing and Commercial management whose professional experience has been focused in providing outstanding results. My skills and knowledge have made me a great asset since my organizational skills, responsibility and pro-activity make the day to day at work go smoothly. My knowledge is not only limited to soft skills but also in the ease with which I have become familiar with some CRM tools, Microsoft office and website development. I am in the constant search of learning, improving and carrying out excellent results. Over the past years, I have been working for USA-based companies as either a customer services agent or a virtual assistant providing administrative and professional assistance via phone calls and email. My management skills came in handy whenever it was necessary to organize and keep track of documents, meetings, and appointments. I am looking forward to growing in my professional career as an administrative assistant and in marketing, as it is my true passion.
