As an HR Business Partner at Skill- Lync, I partnered with various business leaders across verticals primarily B2B, Technology and Engineering, Product Development, Corporate Relations, Career Services, Mechanical and Computer Science Engineering. I was responsible for designing a structured induction process, providing better employee experience, enabling manager coaching, developing recognition programs and conducting formal performance review at pre-defined intervals. I was also assigned the Sales and Sales Enablement functions of Crio.Do under Skill -Lync group, an experiential learning platform for techies operating as an independent brand. I managed an employee work force of 250+ including 180 BDAs, 30 BDMs and 3 RSMs solely in the sales domain. I was primarily responsible for reconstructing talent management strategies, improving the efficiency of training and development programs, implementing change management strategies, conducting team building activities, facilitating effective communication, resolving conflicts and fostering a positive work environment. Prior to that, I worked as an HR Business Partner at Byju's where I managed the sales vertical with an employee workforce of 200+. Key responsibilities include: Employee Engagement, Manager Scorecard & Metrics, New Employee Orientation, Learning & Development, Policy Champion and Recognition Initiatives.
