About Bella Deen

I am a Texas Native, studying Communications and Marketing while working to pursue an active and fulfilling role in customer service. I have been passionate about communication ever since I was a child, my mother always told me that teachers told her “I am so outgoing, talkative and make friends with everyone.” Throughout my childhood and into my adulthood I have utilized my communication skills and developed the art to be able to communicate with anyone and everyone around me. In High School I was an active member in our school Speech/Debate team as well as our schools theater, ITS and ASL programs. I carried these skills throughout College Theater and ASL. While I have grown along the way I still fully believe my communication skills and outgoing personality have gotten me to where I am today. I am a customer service representative with 6 years of experience in customer facing environments. I am very passionate about customer service, and doing everything I can do to exceed customer expectations and company wide goals. While utilizing my strong communication skills and outgoing personality I have been known to maintain high call and email volumes on a day to day basis. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and dogs. I love working out and enjoying the Texas sunshine. My favorite singer is Luke Combs and my happy place is my backyard on a lounge chaise soaking up the sun with my dogs by my side and a cold beverage in my hand.
