Bella Disu is a distinguished business executive, corporate leader, and change management expert with a proven track record in leadership, innovation, and strategy. She is the Executive Vice Chairman of Globacom, CEO of Cobblestone Properties and Estates Limited, Chairman of Abumet Nigeria, and a Non-Executive Director at Julius Berger Nigeria PLC. A strategic leader in corporate growth and digital transformation, Disu has driven double-digit billion Naira revenue growth at Globacom, expanded market share and product diversification at Cobblestone Properties, and led a 307% turnaround in profitability at Abumet Nigeria. Her expertise in governance, operational efficiency, and strategic leadership has positioned her as a key force in shaping Africa’s corporate landscape. At Julius Berger Nigeria PLC, Disu plays an active governance role - she is Chairman of the Strategy Committee, and she serves on the Board Audit Committee, Remuneration Committe, and the Shareholders Advisory Council. She contributes to financial oversight, executive compensation, corporate strategy, and shareholder engagement, strengthening the company’s long-term competitiveness.
