About Bella Lydia

For over 12 years at PT Agung Sedayu Group, I’ve grown from an architecture graduate into someone who is deeply involved in real estate product development and marketing support. I enjoy the process of turning a design concept into a market-ready property, translating blueprints into brochures, data into strategy, and ideas into developments people can call HOME. My role also bridges the finance side of development, collaborating with the pricing team to ensure every product is positioned competitively while meeting business goals. At PIK2, I work closely with architects, designers, sales, and finance teams to ensure every launch is well-prepared and resonates with the market. My passion lies in bridging design vision with business objectives, helping great ideas take shape, reach the right audience, and ultimately succeed.
