I'll let you in on a secret: I love developing other people. I am passionate about helping people be the best version of themselves. I put employees first in all of the work I do so that they have meaningful opportunities to learn and thrive in their roles. My mission is to provide employees with the coaching, learning experiences, and resources they need to be successful in their roles, however that authentically looks for them.My accomplishments include facilitation of high-potential leadership development programs for 1500+ leaders over three years, 600+ hours of facilitation, building Vail Resorts' leadership pipeline through 14% promotion rates of hi-po program participants, and managing the design and delivery of a frontline employee leadership development program for hundreds of participants across 32 resorts.When managing programs, projects or processes, you'll find me gathering data from multiple sources and connecting the dots between existing and dream solutions to have the most meaningful impact now. I've reimagined onboarding processes, created training content from scratch, designed and executed strategic communication plans, and managed HR systems.
