I’m a motivated, adaptable and solutions focused higher education leader who specialises in research, learning & teaching, curriculum design, and language and academic literacy. I consult and collaborate widely using approachable and transparent communication, nurturing relationships, and developing partnerships to advance research and deliver quality strategic and curriculum projects. My strong analytical skills ensure solutions are evidence-based, best-practice and meet the needs of the learner.Key Skills:• Research + Analytical: My current research interests include educational technology in higher education, MOOCs, and academic skills and social work education. I’ve led research projects across higher education institutions, Victorian communities and indigenous communities using both qualitative and quantitative research methods. I consult for the WHO and have led and coordinated international research teams.• Strategy + Leadership: At Monash College I’ve developed new and innovative courses that make use of online and blended learning technologies. I've also developed and embedded strategic priorities across the College in line with its Education Plan.• Curriculum Design: Experience in best practice curriculum design for face to face, blended and online learning including MOOCs.• Learning + Teaching: Experience and understanding of best practice learning and teaching, including lecturing experience.
