I value all my previous experiences and I am enthusiastic to learn more and grasp future opportunities and challenges optimistically. I fully believe in life-long & lifewide learning. Currently, I have a chance to work with organizations and individuals to enhance both organizational capabilities and individual competencies, to ensure they are fit-for-future. One key focus area in my current role is leadership development and I feel passionate about improving our working lives. Previously, I worked in HR leadership, specialist and generalist roles, so I am familiar with both the strategic and operational HR/people management matters.
