About Bella Temple

I am well organised, have good interpersonal skills, relate well to people of all ages. I have developed an expansive understanding of the physiology and coaching requirements of health promotion, and the organisational and business development necessities for management roles. I have experience assessing, documenting, managing and mitigating risks in high pressure situations whilst maintaining strong client relationships, as well as leading a strong and productive team towards high profit goals and KPI’s, attending meetings representing the company, and creating a fun, respectful and stimulating working environment. I have a wide range of mentoring, coaching and rehab experience, having been employed in two of the largest private high schools in Geelong, Geelong Grammar School and The Geelong College, which has allowed me to engage students of various ages and abilities and gather an understanding of their behaviours and of the coach/teacher relationship. I have also gained extensive knowledge on rehabilitation and exercise prescription for injured and healthy clientele within my current role; as well as athletes at an intermediate and elite level, some of which have represented Australia in both track and field and rugby in the 2017 world cup. This has helped me to largely improve my critical thinking and communication skills in vital situations.
